Such a strong, tough and decisive leader. Said it would be easy for him to end the war with a phone call.
The Presidential posture dealing with Russia has gone from "tear down this wall!" to "there will have to be landswapping" and "it will be good for everyone".
Give Putin what he wants and then call it a win.

Any breakthrough of the front lines is concerning but if its handled properly there won't be a need to panic. Ukraine will need to move forces around to plug the break.
What's worth noting is if Russia can take advantage of the break. Failure to exploit a break is very telling. Normally, a break would be supported on the flanks to prevent a counterattack cut off of your advance and then a push through the break of your reserves. Its not clear that Russia has any reserves in the area. One report today is that Russia is moving forces from as far away as Sumy to support the break through. Russia is crazy if this is true. That's too far a distance to move forces to support this. Plus, Ukraine will notice and take advantage.
Of course this works both ways. Russia should notice where Ukraine moves its forces from and attack there.
Whatever happens, the next two weeks should be informative as to the true military state of both sides.

It really doesn't matter where the conference takes place. All Vlad "the Ras" Putin needs is a laptop so he can remind St. Donald of Mar-a-Lago of the videos he has of St. Donald. I guess St. Donald believes that if the whole Jeffrey Epstein thing didn't sink him, then maybe he can weather any videos that Vlad "the Ras" releases. I kind of hope St. Donald calls Vlad's bluff and Vlad releases whatever he has. Such videos probably won't sink St. Donald, but a release of what the threat of releasing them made St. Donald do in the past might.
