My personal opinion was that he was in DC, saw the rubble on the municipal golf course and lost his shit. Btw, the wording I first saw and hadn't followed up on, said he approached with a gas can and a shotgun. Curiosity demands that I ask if that can had gas in it and was the shotgun loaded?
