Let's be honest about Trump 2.0.



The chaos (smoke bomb) is covering a series of BANK ROBBERIES in plain sight.

1. Manipulation and a priori knowledge of stock market before affected by tariff and other trade announcements. We saw some of this criminal activity in Trump 1.0. Since the markets are largely driven by computer software transactions, it means that the trends are highly predictable with a decent algorithm and/or experience.

2. Musk at the till and damn the conflicts of interest.

3. Massive tax cuts for Billionaire Bros.

4. The usual merch grifting

to a lesser extent:

5. RFK Jr. and MAGA snake oil money grab instead of Research and new meds/vax for cancer, heart disease, Type II diabetes, and pandemics.

6. Reduced environmental regulation

Leavitt suggested yesterday that the tariffs on Canada are to pressure it into statehood (but IMO she was just parroting prior tweets by Trump more than expressing an intentional policy).

I think part of this is Trump proving to everyone that he cannot be managed this term like in his first term — he has reportedly long bristled at post 2020 stories of how cabinet members and other high level staff treated erratic policy pronouncements as blowing off steam and if they ignored him for very long he would forget and move on to something else. He is making clear that he will implement whatever he wants whenever he wants no matter what anyone else says, and I think he gets off on the power to jerk people around right now.

From what I understand most liquor sales in Canada are done with a bond, and don't get cashed out till they are sold at the retail level. Meaning these $1 Billion worth of liquor can be sent back to the American companies without harming the Canadian retailers.

American products are going to be replaced by Canadian products in the local liquor stores. This has been a big artificial barrier that benefit American products that consumers have been calling for since I before I moved here. US products are not going to have the shelf space they once enjoyed if this shitshow ever coems to an end.

Lindt Canada has stopped selling chocolate made in the New Hampshire plant and will now import from the European plants only. Not sure if they are going to stop selling Ghiradelli and Russel Stover products (Lindt owns both those brands.)

This right here is the core of maga2.0, which is a vastly accelerated grift machine due to SCOTUS and opportunism by tech oligarchs. There’s nothing complex to their aim - consolidate power through financial hoarding, by nearly means. The flurry of EOs and culture warring is real, but also the core feature of the kabuki.
