I can't thank you enough, my friend !

This CD is soulfully fantastic...not a single "bad" song🤩
Glad to share them. I'm a big fan of both and got it when it first came out. It's a shame that so many people know Steve Cropper only from the Blues Brothers and not all the songs he helped write and played on.

The Rascals, imo, are criminally neglected. It's A Beautiful Morning was an anthem of the 60s. This was always a particular favorite.

Got to see Traffic in HIS aka Cameron in 1971 ? maybe 1972 ?

My favorite Traffic album is the iconic" Low Spark of High Heel Boys"

Hang in until the 5 minute mark and soak in the sax solo of Chris Wood and piano of Stevie Winwood...it's worth the wait

There was about a year that I'd put that on as I was going to bed when crashing after a speed binge.

I'm right there with you my friend

My two go to songs coming down from an LSD trip were Low Spark and the 30 minute version of Mountain Jam on Eat a Peach

In reference to time not changing some songs, this song has lost all context. Still a hell of a song and Teye is a hell of a guitarist.

he just needs to change the lyrics:

I ain't been sleepin', I ain't been eatin'
I've been on pins and needles, waitin' by my cell phone
You better text me, you better text me
I've been on pins and needles, waitin' by my cell phone
You better text me or I'll go crazy
