So, in the UNC v. Duke rivalry, which encompasses a shitload of sports, UNC’s women should be examined for testes and penis because UNC is a public university. The d00k women, because d00k is a private university, are good to go.

I thought about this, but the NCAA is a private entity. So, Zen is good with transgender women playing college sports.
