Reminder - If a model doesn’t have Mecklenburg County on the dividing line between snow/ice/rain, that model can be disregarded.

Was I-85 near Mecklenburg County the snow line going back decades?

In Alamance/Orange/Durham Counties it was. Think it was in the rest of the Piedmont.
 
This is looking like another storm to piss me off. And I hope accuweather is WRONG WRONG WRONG. They are calling for a chance of HEAVY ice accumulation which is scary as hell.

Can we just get some good, nice snow???

My boys were sipping drinks at the pool last week. Now that they're back in Chicao and NC respectively, they're going to get a full dose of winter. Boo-yah
 
Just saw a neighbor walk by my house with what appeared to be a newly purchased snow saucer. I don’t want to jinx anything, but if we do get snow, I would really love for my kids to have something the sled on. They’ve never done it before. Maybe I’ll run out and get one.
