The 2020 election wasn't stolen. Period. Trump lost. He's a liar and a piece of shit.

That being said, Fulton County is an election shitshow that brought this nonsense on themselves.
The warrant signed by the magistrate judge in Georgia authorized the FBI to seize all physical ballots from the 2020 general election in Fulton County, including absentee ballots; tabulator tapes for every voting machine; and the vote rolls from the county.

The affidavit signed by Evans, the FBI agent, says, “Following the November 3, 2020, presidential election, there were many allegations of electoral impropriety relating to the voting process and ballot counting in Fulton County, Georgia.”

“Some of those allegations have been disproven while some of those allegations have been substantiated, including through admissions by Fulton County,” Evans wrote.

The agent said the investigation is focused on several “deficiencies or defects with the” 2020 election and tabulation of votes.

“The tabulator machines used by Fulton County are designed to create and save a scanned image of each ballot,” Evans wrote. “Fulton County has admitted that it does not have scanned images of all the 528,777 ballots counted during the Original Count or the 527,925 ballots counted during the Recount.”

I got a notification in the mail from the state board of elections yesterday that there was some sort of 'mismatch' with my name, dob, dl# and last 4 of social security and I needed to correct this to be assured of being able to vote.

I find this pretty ridiculous because a) none of that information has ever changed, b) I have lived in the same house for the last 33 years, c) I have voted every single election during that time (being some sort of eternal optimist that my vote will actually mean something here in cabarrus county), d) I just got my real ID at the DMV 6 months ago where I had to show passport etc, e) I have a valid passport, f) I have TSA pre check and global entry and recently got the new face ID airport security g) I just got my voter ID card in the mail last week and h) I'm a registered Democrat.

Obviously they are fucking with the voter roles. I am going to march down to the county election board and if they can't provide some sort of explanation I may have to be restrained.
My 80 year old great aunt got the same thing. Been voting for decades and never changed info.

editing to add: she's also a lifelong Dem

I don’t know why Trump does this stuff. He’s snatching defeat from the jaws of victory by requiring people to show proof of citizenship when voting.

Americans support voter ID requirements, which is fine. Unnecessary, but fine if done the right way, but the citizenship part is self-sabotage; an unforced error that will surely sink the bill.

The more chaos he sows, the less organized resistance to any of it. Divide the enemy and defeat them in detail.

Let me say upfront that while I think requiring ID to vote is largely unnecessary I do think at some point the Democrats should have conceded to the political reality that the voting public overwhelmingly supported it and should have tied requiring Voter ID to other election reforms like making election day a national holiday -require polling sites to be open on election Day from 6am to 10pm - increasing number of voting sites and poll workers so people don't have to wait hours to vote - requiring that voting IDs be free and easy to obtain and easy to replace if needed - also I would support increasing the number of representatives in the house of representatives but that's probably a separate issue

It is my understanding that in addition to electronic tabulation, there was a hand recount and two separate audits.
If that is wrong, I apologize.
If it is indeed correct, then this is merely a dog and pony show to fabricate grounds for restrictions on voting rights and intimidation of minorities, immigrants, and low-income voters.

It is in fact what you say.

I think there's two topics here.

One is the accuracy of the final results for the 2020 election in Georgia. The second is the ongoing issues in Fulton County.

There's no reason to believe there's any issue with the final, hand-counted results for Georgia or Fulton County.

The election execution issues in Fulton Country are well documented and are being used by the Trump admin to do what they are doing now, which is why I previously said they brought this on themselves. They did.

What the SAVE Act is saving us from:

.1% of illegally registered voters, of which 0% have voted.

Utah review finds more than 99.9% of registered voters are US citizens

SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Initial findings from a citizenship review of all registered voters in Utah show that more than 99.9% of voters are verifiably U.S. citizens.

Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson released the citizenship review update Friday after the state began the process last year of reviewing all registered voters.

The lieutenant governor’s office assessed voter records for more than 2 million voters and reported finding one voter who appeared to be a noncitizen. The update said the individual never voted and was promptly removed from the voter rolls.

So you do understand math.

Now do the number of gender assignment surgeries for people under 18, on your weird fetish thread.

I did the typical 2 minute Google thing and came up with a couple of interesting tidbits. First, gender normalization surgery in what they call surgery in a child under two for surgery to intersex kids which is about 1-2 per 1000 births.

This is actually taken from an insurance study and was really interesting. I'm guessing at least a large % of this is some sort of gynecomastia.

contentious political climate—the researchers used the most recently available data from a 2019 nationally representative pool of medical insurance claims to identify individuals who received a gender-affirming surgery with a concurrent TGD-related diagnosis. Cases where patients had any other medical indications for surgery outside of gender-affirmation, such as breast cancer, were excluded from the analysis. The researchers also compared the relative use of breast reductions by cisgender men and TGD people. Breast reduction surgery was chosen as a point of comparison given that it is the only gender-affirming surgery that is commonly covered by insurance for minors and adults.

The study found no gender-affirming surgeries performed on TGD youth ages 12 and younger in 2019. This was expected, the researchers said, as current international guidelines do not suggest any medical or surgical intervention for TGD individuals prior to puberty. For teens ages 15 to 17 and adults ages 18 and older, the rate of undergoing gender-affirming surgery with a TGD-related diagnosis was 2.1 per 100,000 and 5.3 per 100,000, respectively. A majority of these surgeries were chest surgeries. When considering use of gender-affirming breast reductions among cisgender males and TGD people, the study found that cisgender males accounted for the vast majority of breast reductions, with 80% of surgeries among adults performed on cisgender men and 97% of surgeries among minors performed on cisgender male teens.

The thing that transphobes don't understand is that most trans women have penises. They get top surgery, because top surgery is relatively easy and does most of what they want. The bottom surgery is so much more expensive and complicated and things can go wrong; people can't afford it, can't get it, and don't necessarily even want it.

Being trans isn't about sexual organs, for the most part. My wife's cousin is trans. She was previously a gay man. She has a partner, and has the same partner. She has not had a bottom surgery. She does not want a bottom surgery, given that her partner is a gay man.
