I get a pang of nostalgia each time I read the newest ruse to overturn the free and fair 2020 election.

Remember the president who was a kind moral and savvy president who restored our status as the leader of the free world and strengthened our global alliances including the addition of Sweden and Finland into NATO ?

The same president that got us past the COVID crisis by implementing a vaccination plan to replace the prior non-existent plan ?

The same president who focused on working and middle class families to help them recover from the Trump COVID disaster ?

The same president who finally passed the Infrastructure bill that had been promised by Trump in 2 weeks ?

The same president where over 16 million jobs were created during his administration ?

The same president that had the most successful 1st presidency in modern history ?

Good times...
 
I hear Trump supporters claim that we shouldn't pay attention to what Trump says. What says is bluster or theater or just diversion. Instead we should just pay attention to actions.

That completely ignores that his bluster and theater lead to action. Trump has spent years claiming of rigged elections. It is all lies. Yet, here again, his words are leading to horrendous actions.

Yeah, Trump is a corrupt, racist, morally bankrupt sociopath who blusters, lies, and and utters inane nonsense hourly which is difficult to ignore.

That said, it's his actions as president that is far more disturbing and dangerous to our well being. I don't mind so much a powerless sociopathic buffoon but for a president of the United States ?

You are correct. However, my point was that both are awful.
