I hesitate to say this because it sounds kraykray. but for that reason, as well as what he is doing with the government, I have serious doubts that Musk survives the next 4 years. While I don't believe Trump has the cajónes to order Musk's disappearance, he is certainly capable of having a 'will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest' moment. There are numerous people around Trump who will act on that utterance. If Musk permanently disappears at any point in the next few years, there will be a decent probability that someone in Trumps orbit engineered it.

Heard the Panamanian president's declaration after th meeting. Very sensible but firm that China does not control the canal.

I'm thinking something to do with mail-in ballots. GOP figured that Dems cheated with mail-in ballots in '24 so they went ahead and did something with mail-in ballots this time. Had read at some point that there was a decent amount of ballots that only had votes for presidential race. Would love to see a breakdown to disprove this theory.

I don't think this is a realistic theory at all. Were they fucking with mail-in ballots in New York, where they had no chance to win?

This sort of conspiracy thinking should be above us. I know I said that about your migrants-as-warfare theory that turned out to have more going for it than it might have first appeared, but this one is pretty far-fetched.
 
I don't think they cheated outright by manipulating voting machines or anything else, and as yet there is no evidence to support the claim that they did. However, I would bet my entire portfolio on Roger Stone and Steve Bannon having some kind of backup plan fuckery in place similar to the 2020 "stop the steal" bullshit in case Harris won. Imagine their delight to realize that they would never have to use it.

He is just out there posting wild claims and using his (likely unlawful) seizure of government computer systems, with everyone else locked out, to claim support these conspiracy theories
 
Musk and Mike Flynn (!!!!!!) are shutting down payments to Lutheran Family Services. In North Carolina, LFS handles a lot of foster care. LFS is the largest employer in South Dakota, including assisted living facilities.

So everyone -- including the media -- needs to have a policy that Elon Musk is lying every time he opens his mouth.

As with most things, X would die if Europe, Canada and Mexico were to ban it. Please, Europeans, bail us out. We did it for you, twice. And we even helped you rebuild.

With Tesla's brand in the US in the dumps and EV credits being pummeled, Elon could be utterly destroyed if world governments were to put their minds to it.

Stone and Bannon would get caught in a heartbeat.
Musk and Thiel, however, would not. Neither has a line that they would find 'too far to cross'.
 
Someone needs to sue his ass for defamation. A lot of people were defamed today alone. We are going to need a legal defense fund for people slandered by that piece of shit.
