Antifa is a concept. Like MAGA. There is no head of Antifa. There is no vice head. It is simply a branding of people who are reactionaries to alt-right fascists.

There are people who organize on the internet and describe themselves as Antifa, much like people who describe themselves as MAGA. But that is fundamentally different than something like ProudBoys, which has a leader and chapters and an organized structure with fundraising. Or like Hamas.

You're probably right but Ike did send the 101st Airborne to Little Rock Arkansas to enforce school desegregation. He was sending those troops against people that probably would not be too fond of "antifa" today. He could have been talking about that.

A little bit of ironic trivia speaking of Eisenhower being an anti-com: the famous picture of the person holding the sign "Race mixing is communism" was part of the Little Rock desegregation fight.

It seems to me that ICE agents are more criminal than the protesters. I saw a video of ICE officers sexually assaulting a woman in broad daylight. They have ransacked buildings, injured numerous people, killed one, arrested thousands of citizens, lost a few of them in the system . . . but sure, the problem is the protesters.
