It’s about crowd size/reception and coverage of the Eastern part of the state by more friendly local media (not the Raleigh or CLT media). Also quick in and out for his plane and entourage.

That's a lot of projection.
 
Those of us who actually believe in things like free markets, reasonably small government, separation of church and state, law and order, etc. hightailed it the fuck out of the Republican Party between 4-8 years ago. The folks voting for Trump in 2024 are a lot of things, but they aren’t Republican or conservative.
