Trump seeks $230 million settlement from DoJ

That's what? About one every three days? Would that your posting was as regimented here.
Graham’s posts include some violent ideation and turns out he has a Nazi tattoo on his chest, so his back story is looking increasingly sketchy.

Maine Senate candidate apologises for tattoo that resembles Nazi symbol

“… Graham Platner, a 41-year-old Marine Corps combat veteran and oyster farmer, said he only realised the skull-and-crossbones tattoo resembled Nazi imagery after hearing from "reporters and DC insiders".
The tattoo was visible in a video posted on social media showing Platner dancing in his underwear at his brother's wedding.

"I absolutely would not have gone through life having this on my chest if I knew that – and to insinuate that I did is disgusting," Platner said in a statement to the BBC. "I already had the tattoo covered with a new design."…”

… The tattoo appears to resemble the Totenkopf - German for "death's head". The skull-and-crossbones symbol was used by Nazi forces during World War Two, according to the Anti-Defamation League.

Platner's former political director, Genevieve McDonald, who resigned from his campaign last week, called the tattoo antisemitic.…”

As I said earlier, I think that should be thoroughly explored for many reasons. It would be worth while to find out if he's a Santos type and might be revelatory if it's a change of heart. It's not actually a direct concern of mine, though.

As far as the tattoo, it wouldn't be the first time I've heard of one being kept to remind the person of a previous mistake. I seriously doubt that's the story but it's plenty sufficient with everything thing else for me to be in absolutely no hurry to have an opinion. Pretty sure that won't interfere with anybody's plans, anyway.

I don't really disagree on Schumer, who as I heard someone (I don't remember who) say, might have been an adequate majority leader but is not a "war-time consigliere" for a minority opposition party.

But, uh, I assume you didn't see this about Graham Platner?

jfc. i liked that guy. welp.

Leaving Plattner aside, does it matter a candidate's age when holding one accountable for saying or posting deplorable things at that time or apologizing for those deplorable things and turning their life around ? Or should they be held accountable and disqualified from running for office no matter that age and regardless of their circumstances at that age ?

From what CNN is reporting, Trump hasn't asked for anything yet.

Trump says he ‘could be’ seeking $230 million from his own Justice Department

President Donald Trump said Tuesday that he “could be” seeking $230 million from his own Justice Department as compensation for past investigations into him, though he professed to have little knowledge of the specifics and said he would give the money to charity.

“It could be,” Trump responded when asked by CNN’s Kaitlan Collins about a New York Times report that he was seeking the money in connection with complaints he had filed about past DOJ investigations.

“I don’t know about the numbers. I don’t even talk to them about it. All I know is that they would owe me a lot of money. But I’m not looking for money. I’d give it to charity or something,” Trump said in the Oval Office.

Are you playing dumb to troll or do you actually believe this?

1. Big Billionaire Bank Robbery
2. $230M extortion of the taxpayers when justice was frankly delayed
3. Trump not ony defiled and destroyed the Capitol on J6, but now a backhoe (appropriately named) is destroying the East Wing.
4. Tengerine Palpatine and JV Vance are plotting to steal half of Gaza.

Does the Orange crime spree ever stop?
