Oh sweet! So glad you posted that. I feel a lot better now. That’s not bad at all, honestly not that much different than the norm!See above, my friend said it took her 15 mins to get thru security today, not bad at all
Hey -- that probably depends on your time of travel. Saw a video of ATL at 5am today and they claimed it was a 6 hr wait. While that may be hyperbolic, the video did not lie in that the TSA line snaked all the way outside the terminal, so def not normal biz thenFlying out of ATL tomorrow morning. So like you're flying Southwest and trying to get an aisle seat?I’m currently recommending travelers arrive 2 days before their flight.
Mine flew early morning and it took him over 3 hours (and he was still in line)See above, my friend said it took her 15 mins to get thru security today, not bad at all
That is the old Southwest, when they were actually a good airline. So like you're flying Southwest and trying to get an aisle seat?
Yes, I know. But I hated it. I'm tall and I need an aisle seat. I also didn't have time to show up two hours early to compete with grams and gramps. And if you were connecting, you were fucked. No way to get anything but a middle seat. I used to get up and down and "trip" squeezing into the middle and eventually someone would volunteer to switch with me. Well, eventually the two times I flew. That is the old Southwest, when they were actually a good airline.
Now you pay for your seat and bags like every other airline.
They solved that problem by giving priority to people who checked in online earliest. And if you were really a go-getter, you could pay a few bucks extra for A-list and be one of the first 15 to board the plane. I never sat in a middle seat on Southwest.Yes, I know. But I hated it. I see. My experience probably predated online checkout. They solved that problem by giving priority to people who checked in online earliest. But now, they are shit. Another disaster brought to you by the fine folks at Elliot Investments.
