TV Streaming series to talk about.

Usually something funny, even if it's darkly so. Bojack Horseman, Brockmire, Fleabag - it needs great writing.
one of the best shows from Canadian television in the last 25 yers was Slings & Arrows. I believe it is on Amazon Prime

There's a new season of Quarterback on Netflix. Kirk Cousins is back with Joe Burrow and Jared Goff being the other 2 featured. We loved the first season and took a hard pass last year when the show focused on Receivers instead of QBs. We're 4 episodes in and enjoying it.

Finished Squid Game tonight. Really liked the ending.
I finally finished also.

The ending was good, other than setting it up to continue.

I was so glad when 300 died. I wish he had been the first to go.

But overall, season 2 and 3 were not as good as 1.

Rewatching The Bear season 3 so I can finally watch season 4.

I’m liking season 3 more the second time around, but it’s certainly the least good of the first 3 seasons. Overall the show is highest quality TV… but I don’t see how we needed an entire 40 minute episode on Nat’s pregnancy and breakthrough with mom.

I’ve been optimistically hoping season 3 has been sacrificed in service of setting up season 4… but that episode really tried my patience both times I’ve watched it.

Season 4 is very good imo. On par with S1. S2 is in a class of its own.

Yeah, that episode was awful. After watching it, I felt like it was intended to be a waste of my time. And it was.

I started watching The Sandman recently on Netflix. As an old comics nerd, I am enjoying it but it's probably not everyone's cup of tea...

Why would they bring back a repeat quarterback?

I watched one episode and Cousins was so annoying I didn't watch again.

I've really liked the bear sans one episode.

I loved season 1, I'm glad to see season 2 but haven't started it yet.

It's going to end abruptly I believe as Netflix dropped Gaiman hard when the sex abuse allegations came out.
