Because he's a dickhead to everyone on the planet and they like twisting the knife? I agree that he should be first ballot HOF based on results but I also understood why people didnt want Pete Rose in the baseball hall (and it wasn't really the gambling).

I agree. But it also shows you the real insight into how the NFL views BB currently. Think about that next time rumors get floated about him and a NFL job. There is no credibility to those rumors either.
Not sure the relevance. But if you watch NFL football it is absolutely amazing how many times his named is mentioned pre game, during game, post game just anecdotally. I have no doubt he has haters. This seems orchestrated by a single guy in the board who believes bill has to play price for spygate or whatever. But BB has plenty of fans. LT, Saban, Mannings, Ryan etc. This is an admission by the board that politics matters. Amazes me they would make themselves look so petty.
They did not do their job. Period. Don't cheer that just bc you don't like him. There are plenty of dicks who were great coaches.
Have you ever noticed how many times you end up posting that there is someone out to get BB or orchestrating some behind the scenes character assassination of him? Previously it has been WRAL and people inside the athletic department. Now it is people inside the Hall of Fame.
Well I was right 0n all of them. WRAL went after him, aided by people inside the program. You know that because you are connected. As for the hall there are already stories about who did this and why. Have you ever noticed how you never give BB a benefit of doubt? Did Shipp go into portal?
