I've enjoyed your posts in the past, this is a new and pretty ugly side I hadn't seen before. And just ftr, I didn't and don't give a shit that you reconciled with the poster you were responding to. What really strikes me is you calling another poster a dumb cunt. That's some embarrassing cringeworthy stuff right there.

Well then that makes two of us, since you're now embarrassing yourself trying to sanctimoniously lecture me. I'm not fucking having it, pal. I already addressed my use of the word 'cunt'. If you're going to pretend to be faux offended by the use of the word 'cunt' as a pejorative, maybe don't use the word 'douchebag', you hypocrite.

Oh, and the reason I made fun of you for editing your post is because clearly you aren’t actually offended by my use of the word cunt, since you similarly used to the word douchebag, so it was just funny to point out your hypocrisy.

Good call. We should return this thread to its original topic, which is lamenting the sorry state of our football program.

For the record, my irritation was with your needless insistence on lecturing me on something about which 1. didn’t concern you in the first place, and 2. for which I had already expressed contrition. It was completely unnecessary as it was way after the fact, and it came across as performative faux outrage theater on your part, especially so once you called me a douchebag in essentially the same sentence where you were lecturing me for calling someone else a cunt. It’s all good – we are all good on my end, and I appreciate your kind words above, which are entirely undeserved on my part. I just wanted to be clear that I’m not going to be lectured. I am here to learn and to grow, but I’m not going to be lectured, and that’s how a lot of your posts come across, or at least how I interpret them, particularly in this instance. I make plenty of mistakes. I almost always try to own them as soon as I recognize them, and even if I genuinely do not like the poster to whom I referred as a cunt, I am always more than happy to fess up when I fuck up, as I did on this thread.

Probably ECU but that's mostly because the stadium fills with ECU fans and there are like 40 Duke fans in all of North Carolina. That doesn't mean ECU = Duke. It's just a silly argument. You are welcome to take it back.
