Of course big oil isn't going to do shit in Venezuela. Maybe the conditions for investment are being created, but that will take a lot of time. And since Trump is doing this in a way that is likely to be reversed, it seems unlikely to me. That's why I've called BS on Trump's claim to have already talked to the oil companies.
