They are leaving out the part about Crypto replacing government currencies, including the U.S. dollar, as the primary world currency. Elon and a lot of his Tech Bro buds are quite serious about that.

Could be as simple as Trump promising to endorse Johnson as Speaker in the next House session (assuming GOP retains control).
