I get it. But still — I think there could be some misunderstandings involved in this latest spat (or maybe not), so maybe just move on or find another distraction in the thread at least.

There was no misunderstanding. That poster registered on this board and within 7 minutes had specifically come to this multi-hundred page thread and specifically directed their first three posts specifically at me, then pretended to be indignant and made up some bizarre story about being a woman, when I fired back, as I always do when someone thinks they want to spar with me. There was no misunderstanding. This is a returned poster with an alias who is here to lie and troll. I’m happy to get this thread back on track, but I’m not going to be trolled by anyone without responding in kind.

Not sure how they do that model, but unless I'm mistaken, a tie isn't really even possible unless something crazy happens with that Nebraska district. And last I saw, Kamala was way up there. This is not a tie election anyway, in my view, but it's especially dumb to show that when the result is pretty much impossible.

Yeah either the Blue Dot 🔵 would have to unexpectedly go red or the Maine red blob would need to go blue. There are other ways to get to a tie theoretically but those require unexpected results in non-swing states.
 
I'm just going to make three quick points on this stupid story and then never even think about it again.

1. Biden's intent seemed pretty clear to me.
2. Even as intended, Biden's comment was pretty dumb. He should know how things like that will be taken out of context.
3. I 100% agree with the comments here that MAGA focusing its ire on Biden in the last week of the campaign could turn out to be a good thing for Kamala. I seriously doubt that was Biden's intent, but if there's ever been a time where it could be a good thing to have a scapegoat, it's now.
