Rogan refused to travel to interview Harris while she is on the trail, apparently.

“… Rogan was unhappy about traveling to her and wanted the vice president to come to his recording studio in Austin.

“They offered a date for Tuesday, but I would have had to travel to her, and they only wanted to do an hour,” Rogan said. “I strongly feel the best way to do it is in the studio in Austin. My sincere wish is to just have a nice conversation and get to know her as a human being. I really hope we can make it happen.” …”

Yeah, the arrogant bastard demanded she come to Austin and sit down for three hours. Hey asshole, she’s about to be President of the United States. You don’t get to dictate terms. I’m sure he would rather have a mindless circle jerk with the couchfucker anyway. Serious political discussion isn’t Rogan’s style.

Well, poop.

Interesting closing argument, I’ll give him that

“… Musk’s remarks, shared in a Telephone Town Hall organized by his America PAC, indicate that he and Trump see economic pain to average Americans as a necessary cost of their policy goals.

“We have to reduce spending to live within our means. And that necessarily involves some temporary hardship, but it will ensure long-term prosperity,” Musk stated in the call, fully endorsing the strain Trump’s policies would place on Americans.

Musk’s words make it clear that the disruption is not an unintended side effect but an accepted—if not desired—outcome. The billionaire went further by responding to an X (formerly Twitter) user who anticipated a market downturn if Trump’s aggressive policies, including mass deportations and extreme deficit cuts, were enacted. The user predicted that with Trump and Musk in charge, the U.S. economy—dependent on debt and vulnerable to asset bubbles—would face a severe reaction before stabilizing under the intended austerity.

Musk’s response was a simple acknowledgment: “Sounds about right.” …”

I feel like GA would be a better use of time than NC- i fear that she’s going to waste time here instead of there and we’re going to come up short in both

IMO visits dont really impact votes that much.

"Well I was going to vote for her, but she didn't come to Georgia in the last week, so now it's Trump" doesnt seem to be a thing

“Speaker Mike Johnson was taking in former President Donald J. Trump’s grievance-fueled closing rally at Madison Square Garden on Sunday afternoon when the main actor onstage turned to him and drew him into the drama.

“I think with our little secret we’re going to do really well with the House, right?” Mr. Trump said, addressing Mr. Johnson directly. “Our little secret is having a big impact. He and I have a little secret — we will tell you what it is when the race is over.”

“Speaking of secrets,” Mr. Johnson said, “Harris knew Biden was physically and mentally impaired and kept it a secret. The F.B.I. knew the Hunter Biden laptop was real and kept it secret. They also knew Russia collusion was fake and kept that a secret, too.”

Mr. Johnson added: “It appears that all those secrets didn’t matter to the media because they all helped Democrats. But this one might help Donald Trump, and now they care? By definition, a secret is not to be shared — and I don’t intend to share this one.”

Mr. Johnson’s blustery statement was striking not just for its groundless claims presented as facts. It also seemed to validate that Mr. Trump was actually referring to something specific, and not just speaking with his regular vagueness that allows listeners to hear whatever they want. …”

Could be as simple as Trump promising to endorse Johnson as Speaker in the next House session (assuming GOP retains control). But, to quote the link, “… In this case, the worst is very bad: It is a scenario in which Mr. Johnson, who worked with Mr. Trump to undermine the 2020 election results, would again be in cahoots with the former president to steal the election and stop the certification of the results on Jan. 6, 2025, should Vice President Kamala Harris win.…”

Well I think GA is going to be exceptionally close and anything that can increase the margins in Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs is worth it.
I am extremely pessimistic about our NC chances so basically i just feel that’s a waste. Like id rather her fly to Austin and do Rogan than come to NC multiple times
