Agree, BUT that assumes free and fair elections. I fully expect Trump to create a “situation” to activate the Insurrection Act and disrupt/cancel mid-terms.

That could be said of a good many MAGA leaders and "influencers." No doubt some are simply grifters and con artists, but I think a good many are also seriously disturbed people who should be undergoing regular psychiatric treatment instead of actually running government agencies or serving in or running for high office. Yet here we are.
