This guy needs serious help, there's something wrong with him.
That could be said of a good many MAGA leaders and "influencers." No doubt some are simply grifters and con artists, but I think a good many are also seriously disturbed people who should be undergoing regular psychiatric treatment instead of actually running government agencies or serving in or running for high office. Yet here we are.

That for sure describes Stephen Miller. That guy is messed up in the head.

Yep

If we have a free and fair election come November, then it will be a blue wave.

but that is a big "if"...
Indeed.

Indeed.

This is such BS. They will manufacture something to provide “proof” of their claim the election was stolen.

Yea, mom dropped that boy on his head before the soft spot healed.

I normally have a lot of empathy for anyone dealing with such issues, but these people make that a challenge.

Won't she get to appoint her own successor as long as she wins the governor's race? Her term isn't up until 2030.
If she resigns as Senator while Walz is still Governor, Walz names the new Senator. If she waits to resign from the Senate until right before she takes the gubernatorial oath of office, she names the new senator.

Regardless, a special election is held (probably in 2028, unless Minnesota has a November election in 2027).

So, there will be an election for her seat before 2030.

Hope we hold onto her Senate seat.
There is Tina Smith's open Senate seat. But I suspect it's going to be a very bad cycle for the GOP this year in MN. That's why the gubernatorial candidate announced he wasn't running. I mean, maybe he's taking a principled stand; but it's also very shrewd tactically. If he has no chance of winning, take the opportunity to virtue signal and then rise again after the smoke clears.

Al Franken is 74 years old (DOB 5/21/51; so, he’d be 75 when appointed; 77 on Election Day 2028; 79 on Election Day 2030).

Let’s hope she (or Walz) picks a young, up-and-coming person.
Maybe she will appoint Walz
