Still no further update on NOTAM. It is really easy to suspect that the DOGE seizure of government websites went awry here (although as noted above the system went down once before) but we may never know.

It takes time and bandwidth to transfer all the government data to offshore servers.

Critical FAA warning system restored after outage​

Duffy was vague about the cause of the system being down.
