I think there is a “not” missing in the original post.Did you come away from it saying to yourself, "yeah, give him time and he'll get it turned around?" What did you think of his answers regarding getting to the FT line?

I see, and you’re probably rightI didn't listen to the presser. I think we're talking around one another. As for the topic that this thread has settled into...I'm still pondering.
?I think there is a “not” missing in the original post.
Oh shit, you’re right. Damn, no wonder y’all were all like “the fuck’s this guy talking about?”I think there is a “not” missing in the original post.
What you also concluded. That, listening to his presser, it's clear that he is not ready for this position yet.
We have no indications what will be done via the portal. Not with a high degree of certainty, but we have indications and they aren't good.
You’ve been down on UNC hoops for over a decade now, CF. You’ve been proven wrong over and over again and yet you keep coming back with same takes.
What makes that clear? What you also concluded. That, listening to his presser, it's clear that he is not ready for this position yet.
Exactly my point on the previous page, which took half a page to write. You did it in 2 short sentences. If Carolina scored 2 more points, the conversation would be vastly different. I think people are overreacting.
Fair question. To start investigating this, what are your thoughts on his responses regarding getting to the FT line? What makes that clear?
Disagree. The product on the court would still have been the same.If Carolina scored 2 more points, the conversation would be vastly different. I think people are overreacting.

Well, things changed, so we should just be happy with where UNC basketball is now while other programs find ways to be consistently successful. You’ve been down on UNC hoops for over a decade now, CF. You’ve been proven wrong over and over again and yet you keep coming back with same takes.
The CBB landscape of your youth is gone forever. Let it go.
Yes, but the reaction would have been different.Disagree. The product on the court would still have been the same.
presserCan you link the presser?
Maybe from a few folks. Many others would still see the glaring deficiencies in the team/staff.Yes, but the reaction would have been different.
Can't believe I don't remember this, but who was the Carolina player everyone said (to the point of it becoming a meme) hit 3's in practice all the time (but very rarely in actual games)? Was it Orlando Melendez? Maybe it was always a joke about him hitting 3's in practice...Apparently, we have players who light it up in practice.
Maybe from a few folks. Many others would still see the glaring deficiencies in the team/staff.
You don’t have to be happy about anything but just know it’s not going back to how it used to be.Well, things changed, so we should just be happy with where UNC basketball is now while other programs find ways to be consistently successful.
Winning the game is the purpose of the pursuit.Maybe from a few folks. Many others would still see the glaring deficiencies in the team/staff.
How are you defining outperforming? You don’t have to be happy about anything but just know it’s not going back to how it used to be.
Other than UConn and Kansas there aren’t many programs that are consistently outperforming UNC over the past 5-10 years.
