I trust our Justice Department to do the right thing. If she hasn’t broken any laws, she should be fine.

Seems like someone wants to get back with his ex.

Really? Crossings are now at zero.
Ok, which policy change was passed. He's ab7sing a system that you agreed was broken. So other that acting like a mob boss and sending out masked ICE agents to terrorize people and skip any due process , what policy has he presented or passed that will actually secure immigration into the future?

He hasn't, he hasn't passed shit and border crossings are not at zero.

You didn't answer the question, as expected.

It's over.

Objection: "Asked and answered:" I've repeatedly stated on this Board that I would have voted to certify the election on Dec 15th - with all appeals having been exhausted. I believe COVID era loosing of voting practices and procedures opened up the possibility for fraud, particularly for mail in ballots. 2008 Obama (the "Chosen One") got 69.5M votes; in 2012 he got 65.9M votes; Hillary in 2016 65.8M; Kamala in 2024 74M. But Biden - in -the - basement in 2020, hardly an inspiring candidate received 81.3M votes! Shazaam. He's the greatest campaigner in history.

I also believe that the media and the Biden Admin suppressed the Hunter laptop story on the eve of the election. But Biden won and served as the duly elected President.

Next question.
With respect to the 2016 and 2020 numbers:

The vote total deltas from '16 to '20 were as follows:
Dem 2016 to 2020 was +15.5M
Pub 2016 to 2020 was +11M
Top Indies 2016 to 2020 -3.9M

I would say that there was either a yet-to-be-proven massive voter fraud OR the independents broke for Biden. I'm gonna stick with Occam's razor on this one, given how polarized the country was and how crappy 2010 was. Of course, these are aggregate numbers, so I'm sure there was some movement of voters between parties as well.

Agreed. We were in the middle of a global pandemic and sharp (albeit temporary) economic downturn caused by said pandemic, and the Trump administration's response to covid was a chaotic mess for much of 2020. Given how unpopular Trump was at the time (something that his followers have conveniently forgotten), and the backlash to Trumpism that we saw in the 2018 midterm election, it shouldn't be all that surprising that Biden won the election. Unless you're a Trumper, of course. In which case, despite numerous recounts in numerous swing states that showed no appreciable (or in some cases even detectable) vote fraud, the election must still have somehow been stolen from Dear Leader, because it is simply impossible for them to believe that he could ever lose an election.

On what basis? Was it the corrupt prosecution of Eric Adams that had to be dismissed after several prosecutors resigned? Maybe it was the intentional flouting of a district court's order? Or maybe the constant lying to the courts? Or the refusal to provide information as instructed?

Maybe it was Pam Bondi's refusal to answer questions of Congress, instead choosing to insult them instead?

You are one stupid motherfucker. You don't realize what the Supreme Court has done. They have suspended the Bill of Rights. You can be seized and deported and there is not one fucking thing you can do about it because the Supreme Court has decided that none of us have due process rights. This is after they decided we did, so they said. Except they are staying any order that mandates due process.

You could get picked up off the street without a warrant, without having done anything wrong, without any reasonable suspicion and there's not a goddam thing you can do. The constitution is now dead. Hopefully you can see that even through your MAGA fog. Due process cannot be selective. If immigrants don't get due process, then they can call anyone an immigrant and you have no opportunity to demonstrate otherwise.

Maybe eventually you will get it through your fucking skull that these idiots are reaching for autocracy. The one thing that made the US great, our constitution, our limitations on government overreach, is gone. Destroyed. And then what we will have?

Someone must have traduced Joseph K., for without having done anything wrong he was arrested one fine morning...

How about just don’t come here illegally. That way you can avoid “getting picked up off the street.” It’s not something US citizens have to worry about.

Bullshit. What part of "no due process" do you not understand? The Supreme Court just said that Trump can deport you without an opportunity to be heard. Well, guess what -- if you can't be heard, then you can't prove you're a citizen. If you can't be heard, you can't assert your rights. Literally they can pick up anyone and you will be deported or sent to Gitmo before you can do anything. You think citizenship will protect you? Are you fucking serious? I don't think you're this moronic.

Not under trump, there have been plenty of examples of people being picked up who are following our laws.

...but they still came here illegally. We have to disincentivize people breaking the law by sneaking into the country so that WE can decide whom to allow in through legal immigration. Biden took it to a WHOLE different level and what you're seeing now is the push back.

What people contemplating an illegal crossing now understand is that if they get caught they might end up with a one way ticket to South Sudan if their country won't take them back.

My brother told me that a friend of his from his college days -- a good friend of a friend of his, and his acquaintance -- was deported to Mexico despite having a non-removal order. He had a credible fear of being murdered by drug gangs. They deported him anyway. That was in March.

Over the weekend, he was murdered by drug gangs.

Most of the people who you think are here illegally are here legally.

The problem is that you don't understand immigration law. Why do you insist on making an ass of yourself?

Meanwhile, your last paragraph is psychotic. Why don't we just kill them on sight, like the UF student suggests and you would surely endorse? Explain the distinction to me. You won't be able to, because there is none. Just a slight difference of degree.

Your views are making the US a pariah state. That nobody wants to come here is not a feature. It's a betrayal of our values and it's terrible for the economy. It's cruel for no purpose. Which is the point with you motherfuckers, I suppose, but it's laughable that you deny racism when you are literally endorsing a gross human rights violation just because a brown person requests asylum and is given parole (both of which are required by US and international law).

As for disincentivizing people "breaking the law," I propose that your boss be given a death sentence (as would happen in most countries). It's necessary to disincentivize lawbreaking. And oh boy, what if I did a search on you? I'm quite positive I will find some lawbreaking, so per your logic we should deport your ass to South Sudan. Oh, right, you meant brown people.
