I am not sure who he is, but I for one got sick of them ignoring tech problems and feature requests. We had a lot more moderating tools at the start of the 247 relationship then by the end of it. They actually took away things we could do to moderate things as time went on, and would blanket shoot down any suggestions we made for new ones. The last month or so thei rmoderation panel just ceased to exist. I don't think it was planned, because the link to it was still there. We could only do things on a post and user level. No central hub, so no undeleting threads or viewing reported posts.
Not that those things ever worked well to begin with. 95% of the time the loading animation would time out to a blank screen. They just didn't care about the forums.
