Clearly...That is the one who is obsessed with moderating
You’ll be back to stir and stir!Got it. Appreciate you taking time to respond and share your point of view. I truly don't have a "side" in this debate, other than the fact that I will candidly confess my bemusement for *anyone* (sincerely not directing this at you) who cares enough to get worked up over what is said and done on anonymous internet message board forums. And that goes for anyone, poster or moderator alike. I guess I just don't view any of this stuff as anything other than recreational bullshitting. But I understand and respect that others see it differently. Either way, I'll bow out and mind my own business now- I've stirred the pot enough.
Feel free to go back to the board that had a direct feed from the ZZL and capped out at 12 regular posters after 15 years.Clearly...
Not on this thread! You’ll be back to stir and stir!
What about kik, randman, and Sandinista? Powers that be?Those weren't really ZZLP mod bans. Once you attract enough attention, some things are determined above our paygrade.
I didn’t realize y’all had a kid! Your wife had a baby during residency?! Damn. Congrats! Not on this thread!
Says the poster who has taken multiple opportunities to attack me on this board about stuff that happened on another board even before I started this thread about IC moderation.
Speaking of being full of bullshit.
Honestly more cathartic than I thought it would be.This has turned into a festivus grievance thread
So, what’s the good look on this topic? It’s not a good look.
Keep that shit to yourself.
Where do you draw the statistical boundaries for unusual vs rare vs different vs normal? Do you use a “normal” distribution model?Normality/abnormality is a judgment, not a fact. To put it differently, there exists no X for which "X is abnormal" is a statement of fact, outside of the context of medical jargon which is not ordinary language.
Words like unusual, rare, and different can all be given factual meaning. Not normal/abnormal. That will always be a judgment.
Even with that model, there is a spectrum, it isn't binary.Where do you draw the statistical boundaries for unusual vs rare vs different vs normal? Do you use a “normal” distribution model?
You’ve already announced your exit twice, prior to this postNot on this thread!
For the majority of human history, the normal one is probably the one that looks and acts most like yourself and the group whose acceptance kept you aliveSince there seems to be a belief that every human characteristic has a binary determination between normal and abnormal, can some explain which race is the normal one and which is abnormal?
Where would that be?Feel free to go back to the board that had a direct feed from the ZZL and capped out at 12 regular posters after 15 years.

Try to be a little less weird, will you?
