You've described Trump and the MAGA cult perfectly.
What’s funny is the dire predictions on this board are very close to today’s reality (we actually fell short in predicting how bad things would get) and MAGAs’ predictions of peace and prosperity were 100 percent wrong.
But we are the ones who are void or common sense and rational thought.

Not saying it was pre meditated with the end goal of getting her the nomination. What isn’t spin is that the entire dem party, including it’s media empire knowingly lied and covered it up until it couldn’t so there is no moral high ground the left can claim with regard to covering for any elected official with mental decline. And, it’s spin from the left to say they couldn’t hold a primary. They chose not to due to their identity politics boxing them in.
What also isn't spin is that you're deflecting from the main question. When Democrats did find out that Biden wasn't up to being president anymore, the vast bulk of the party quickly turned against him and he was forced to withdraw. Why have Republicans been utterly unwilling to do that with Trump? At least Democrats quickly forced Biden to step down as a candidate, even though it helped cost them the election. Where have Republicans been regarding Trump's clear mental decline? The difference between the Biden and Trump situations is that Republicans are still standing behind Dear Leader in spite of the lunacy. That also isn't debatable.

Projection. The answer is always projection with these people.

He will claim they were lying about their enrichment program, manipulating the inspectors, and not following through with the agreement. His evidence will be “because”.
Also, going to have to disagree with you. He won’t respond to that at all.

Imagine going through life where all common sense, application of nuance, and rational thought is voided due to uncontrolled rage and hate. When you are so deranged that you think it ok to allow terrorists to possess 60% enriched uranium because “they can’t hit the US so it’s not a threat to us”, or we are somehow morally wrong in preventing their development of nukes, then you were always an idiot or have become an idiot due to TDS. In either case, it means you are an idiot.
1. Imagine going through life thinking "common sense" is a way of making good decisions. I mean, just look at where it got you. You spend so much time hanging out on a message board where almost nobody likes you and exactly nobody respects you. You humiliate yourself on a daily basis, and then you talk about the importance of common sense. And you still can't do math.

2. The only person here who would say something like "it's not a threat to us because they can't hit us" is you. In fact, you have said that many times about Russia/Ukraine. So you're projecting your own idiocy, which is par for the course. As for nuance, you are by far the least nuanced intellect on this message board. But of course you think so highly of yourself.

2. The idea that you are in position to call anyone else an idiot -- I mean, that's what idiots do, I guess.

Trump is way more gone than Biden ever was. Biden was capable of making decisions.

I have deep concern that these unprecedented resignations / dismissals are due to commanders refusal to follow trump's insane demands - perhaps including nuking Iran.
Where do we go from here if America becomes a rogue regime???

Per Time Magazine:
The Pentagon has previously ousted a number of other senior military officers in the months since Trump began his second term. Among those dismissed were most of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, including the former Chairman, Gen. C.Q. Brown; Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Lisa Franchetti; and Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force Gen. Jim Slife.

The firing of three top military officials on Thursday came a day after Trump delivered an address on the war against Iran, in which he said U.S. strikes would bring Iran “back to the stone ages where they belong”

Exhibit A.

You'll create a justification for anything Trump does. You used to be anti-war in the Middle East. Now you cheer it on. You used to be anti-corruption in government, now you ignore blatant stock manipulation and billions of dollars being funneled to the POTUS. You used to claim a President who made incoherent statements made him unfit, now you just say that's his way. You used to be anti-pedophilia, now you make excuses for the most prominent person in the Epstein files. It doesn't matter what Trump does, you'll find a reason to excuse it and call it nuance.
This is what MAGA is. It is the true TDS.

Also, in case you forgot - we voluntarily got Iran to stop its uranium enrichment until Trump tore the deal up for no reason so they resumed doing it.
I just think this needs to be repeated and repeated and repeated, as often as possible, because it's 100 percent the truth. And we all know why it was torn up—it's because our so-called "president" was hell-bent on reversing everything Obama touched, and all because of a grudge. How. fucking. pathetic.

It is far worse than that. It is because trump is a blatant racist. His racism constantly motivates him to erase Obama's legacy - regardless of excellent merit.

That these motherfuckers turned against Trump, while Callatoroy continues to double and triple down, speaks volumes...

President Donald Trump’s threats to destroy Iranian civilization have accomplished what nothing over the past year could — turning some of the most prominent voices in his own MAGA base against him.

“This is evil and madness.” “He is a genocidal lunatic.” “Vile on every level.”

These aren’t quotes from Democrats; they’re some of Trump’s most loyal adherents, who are both fed up with what they see as the president’s abandonment of his “America First” platform and alarmed by the destruction he has promised to unleash as his deadline for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday, looms.

On Easter Sunday, Trump issued an expletive-laden ultimatum to Iran. “Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell — JUST WATCH!” he posted. “Praise be to Allah.”

Early Tuesday morning, Trump escalated that rhetoric considerably. “A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again,” he wrote on Truth Social. “I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will.”

“Not a single bomb has dropped on America. We cannot kill an entire civilization,” former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene wrote on X Tuesday morning. “This is evil and madness.”

“The 25th Amendment needs to be invoked. He is a genocidal lunatic,” podcaster Candace Owens said to her 7.8 million followers. “Our Congress and military need to intervene. We are beyond madness.”

Podcaster Alex Jones called Trump’s threat “the definition of genocide,” and said he “talks like a supervillain from a Marvel comic.”

“I am proud I backed Trump the last 10 years, so much good happened — globalism was absolutely discredited, dismantled, as part of a larger wave worldwide,” Jones said. “But this new Trump — really started when Elon Musk got run out of there in the last eight months — is a disaster.”

On a Monday-night episode of his podcast, Tucker Carlson lambasted Trump for his Easter morning message, calling it “vile on every level.”

“How dare you speak that way on Easter morning to the country? Who do you think you are?” Carlson said. “You’re tweeting out the f-word on Easter morning?”

“This is a mockery not just of Islam,” he added, “it’s a mockery of Christianity.”

One more point on this, and I genuinely hope you'll engage. I'm as mad as anyone that Biden's handlers and Dem leadership hid and/or downplayed his decline in 2023 and 2024. But when Biden walked out on that debate stage and the Dem voting base saw him with their own eyes, the response was immediate and overwhelming. Yes, a small percentage of Dems continued to defend him, but it was clear from 30 minutes into the debate that Biden was not a viable presidential candidate and the voters would demand a change. That pressure only increased over the next few days.

Why is that not happening with Trump? Nothing about his decline and his descent into insanity is hidden. He's out there speaking almost every day. We all see it. There's no possible way to defend or justify it. Why do Republicans not have the courage and sense of decency to do what Dems did after the debate? Why are conservatives like you not speaking out strongly against behavior that FAR surpasses the worst things any president, of either party, has ever done before?

As unreliable as she is, MTG is at least showing she has the balls to speak out about what she and every other American are seeing with their own eyes, every single day. Why aren't Republican leaders doing the same? Why aren't you?

What Trump is doing and saying right now is intolerable. A person who does and says such things should not be able to continue to serve as the president of this great country. Will you have the courage to agree with that?

Ok, let's step back then. What exactly are we doing right now, in your view? Regime change? Trying to get Hormuz reopened? Destroying Iran's ability to produce and export oil? Destroying Iran's military?

Once we figure out what we're trying to do, maybe we can determine if whatever that thing is has anything to do with Iran's nuclear program.
The current regime will never stop their quest for nukes. So its all intertwined into their desire for nukes and destruction of israel and the west. They literally are happy to tell anyone that. I don't know what we are trying to do. I know what I perceive we are doing at this exact moment and what we have to do. I can tell you where I think he errored. And I can tell you what I perceived we were initially doing.

1. Right now we are trying to put unyielding pressure on iran to open up the strait quickly. I don't think bombing alone will do it. It's leaders don't care about the gen pop. I think trump thinks knocking out electrical and desalination plants will force the gen pop to rebell and put further pressure on the regime. I think that is going to cause humanitarian issues and negative public pushback and won't work. Hard to revolt when you have no equipment or air support.

2. The left latches on to one thing and then refuses to budge. To me it was never about any one thing. It has always been about destroying iran's nuclear program and defanging their military / economy to mitigate their proxies to create stability in the region. Israel forced the timing. IMO the timing has never been better given the support that the ME showed to israel and the US. The messaging has been a disaster, the strategic implementation has been flawed, and coalition building after the fact has been flawed. while trump may be right in principle about nato, his mouth has dug himself a huge hole, and expectations by the general public he can't meet have been created by his ego and mouth.

3. Can't undo any of that now. Can't leave without the strait being opened and out of iran's control and extortion capability. Allowing iran to control the strait is the 2nd worse thing that could happen until new methods of transportation can be developed.

4. As long as the uranium is there it will always be about their nuclear program and as long as their economy is "good enough" they will always pump resources into their proxies.

5. We aren't in a great position now. We weren't in a great position before. This is the culmination of presidents from 1979 until now kicking the iran can down the road. iran's attack on israel, the enriched uranium, interrupted shipping lanes off yeman, the civil unrest in the country and the regime crackdown, the chance that the entire regime was in one place, israel deciding that was their watershed moment, all came to a head.

Not a Tucker fan, but I couldn't have said it any better.

it was known for years his mind was gone. The left didn't admit it until after the debate. at least 2 years they spent on denying and influencing the media to deny it. that argument is pretty weak.
And yet Biden never blundered into a destructive war with no plan and no ability to stay focused on any single objective for more than 24 hours.
