Needing immigrants is one thing. Leaving your borders completely open for Central American gangs to enter is another.

Ok, but you stated "Closed border" which implies no one comes in. This, as is know, is very short sighted.

And the percentages of immigrants that are, as trump advertises all of them are, criminals is very low. It's no where near the fear mongering levels of the orange oracle trump states. And there are already laws in place to address this.

The majority of people in this country would agree that we need immigration and that we need sound policy around immigration. But trump has presented no policy, hell, he prevented policy. And people voted for that, why?

Anyone could see that trump had no actual plan to create policy or solve the problem. He just lies and lies and then tries to circumvent the law for his presidential reality show. Because all he is, is a grifting conman entertainer. AKA piece of shit.

No, I think we have laws regarding crossing the border illegally, staying here after your visa has expired, etc.

I also think we have established processes for requesting asylum in the country.
