Correct. Overthinking a situation and coming to incorrect conclusions is bad.Something you've never been guilty of, I'm sure.

You have a very different understanding of overthinking than I do.Correct. Overthinking a situation and coming to incorrect conclusions is bad.
Such definitiveness. Let’s go!You have a very different understanding of overthinking than I do.
I often "overthink" and never has it caused me to come to incorrect conclusions. Never. There's no such thing as overthinking in that context. There's only good thinking and bad thinking.
Overthinking is about inaction, not incorrectness. Overthinking can cause timidity, or reluctance to act. It does not lead to incorrect conclusions. At worst it would have no effect either way.
True, he did answer the question.I"m glad for rumrouser et. al. I appreciate someone writing that kind of thing out.
Well we had that election…I'd take a corpse running the country over Trump.
And look at the shitshow that we have today. Well done, voters!Well we had that election…
Pretty amazing that a candidate as awful as Kamala was within striking distance of beating as great a candidate as Trump...You know as much as we dog Trump for kind of being an idiot and not really understand the issues and being an absolutely lunatic, he was actually a really good candidate.
He's a weak president but he is a really good candidate. He is as media savvy as anybody since Reagan. He has Obama/Bill Clinton level charisma. And more than anything, he knew how to keep the attention focused on him at the expense of the other candidates.
And look at the shitshow that we have today. Well done, voters!
You think …As I posted earlier, I think that about 1/3 of the Trump base are hard bigots, not 1/3 of the country. Let's call them George Wallace voters.
2/3 of Trump supporters are soft bigots( not 2/3 of the country ) meaning that their support for Trump is not driven by his policies that attack people of color and other minority groups, but they tacitly give a nod to the spirit of his cruelty and then vote for the Trump policies that they think will fatten their wallets.
Needing immigrants is one thing. Leaving your borders completely open for Central American gangs to enter is another.Wanting the borders "Closed" shows a high level of ignorance and how our country needs immigrants. But I understand since your reality TV messiah doesn't understand policy and has no immigration policy, guess you couldn't support that. Fox would pull your trump card.
She got thumped. And so did pur party. "Striking distance" is some major, grade A copium.Pretty amazing that a candidate as awful as Kamala was within striking distance of beating as great a candidate as Trump...
Needing some immigrants, which we do, is one thing. We don't need 20 million of them.Needing immigrants is one thing. Leaving your borders completely open for Central American gangs to enter is another.
I guess you think Lady Liberty is a doe-eyed maudlin idealist who fails to understand that welcoming too many immigrants poses a grave threat to our countryNeeding some immigrants, which we do, is one thing. We don't need 20 million of them.
If we had any shame as a society, we would take it down until we are reflective of the ideals inscribed therein.I guess you think Lady Liberty is a doe-eyed maudlin idealist who fails to understand that welcoming too many immigrants poses a grave threat to our country
Perhaps we should take down that statue ?
Ok, but you stated "Closed border" which implies no one comes in. This, as is know, is very short sighted.Needing immigrants is one thing. Leaving your borders completely open for Central American gangs to enter is another.
