Has it ever occurred to you that the data you love to cite about Biden's border comes in the form of CBP interactions? As in literally your argument is self-defeating -- even to state the argument is to realize that it is incoherent and false. Obviously the border wasn't closed; which is why there were many CBP interactions; and you're using the CBP interactions as some sort of evidence of an open border. It's just full mendacity for you all the way down.

In fact, I'd estimate it's far more likely we have an open border right now. Encounters are so low that people are probably using other means.

By my logic, Trump got thumped in 2020. And he did. Kamala lost every swing state to Trump. Trump lost every swing state save North Carolina to Biden.

The empirical evidence shows that we need a more robust guest worker program, not that we need to condone entering the country illegally. There is no excuse for sneaking into the country and hiding for weeks or months and then suddenly deciding to "claim asylum" when caught. Anyone who does, and I don't give two shits if I can't get all the strawberries I want at the store, need to be booted.

But that's not what the people you support are doing. Instead of separating the wheat from the chaff, they use any excuse they can manufacture to keep immigrants out (unless they are white or rich enough to make up for not being white.) There's no other reason I can think of that justifies South African whites becoming a priority. If anything should be decided on a case by case basis, that's a prime example. If a white person is struggling in South Africa, there should be a clearly visible cause. If they're a victim ,give them relief. If they are just worthless POS race hustlers, leave them over there. There's already a glut on the market and ours come in rainbow colors.

The job they did was ok with only a few quibbles on my part.

Fast forward to painting my primary residence in Carrboro. I hired an Hispanic contractor who had an all Hispanic crew. The crew would arrive shortly before sunrise and wait patiently until daylight. They took no breaks, took a half hour lunch, and worked until dark. The job they did was the envy of my neighborhood and our house did not need painting for another 12 years ( actually it still looked pretty good 12 years after but the missus insisted:rolleyes: )

the guy who just did my new flooring is latino. unbelievably good work. fast and really reasonably priced. he's doing a remodel of my downstairs this fall.

anywho, when he initially came to my house in early april to look at the job and give me an estimate i asked him where he was from a time or two and he kind of ignored/evaded the question until finally my client/friend who was there and referred him told him "you can tell them where you're from, they aren't maga and aren't going to be shitty to you or try to get you deported!" we all had a good laugh. he's from mexico.

Playing the race card covers virtually every immigration law ever enacted in the US. We got along fine without them until Chinese women started coming and the powers that be decided they didn't want to encourage the establishment of a breeding population. I'd have to check but I'm almost sure that those powers that be were white Christian males. The only thing that has really changed is that in the 30s and 40s, Italians and Irish started being treated more like white people as well. It used to be just Northern Europeans and even the French were suspect.
