He may indeed be sleeping with her (yuck all around), but his main interest in her is likely that she's fanatically loyal and is unloading his frustrations for him on anyone who is even remotely critical of him right now - even other staunch MAGAts such as MTG. Loomer is not just a Trumper, she's a Super Trumper, and for a guy like Trump that kind of support is irresistible. She no doubt expresses what he's really thinking about blacks, immigrants, his critics, and lots else. He'll likely stick with her no matter what as long as she remains blindly loyal and willing to be his attack dog on anyone or any group that he perceives as his enemy, and that list just keeps growing every week.
 
They’ve definitely gotta be doing the boink. Can’t blame the guy- we’re not even sure if Melania’s alive, and even if she is she hasn’t touched him since she was contractually obligated to back during his presidency.

I don’t know that account btw and he cites Milo for the information, so it may be BS. At this point Loomer hasn’t tweeted about it herself.
 
It's more likely to strengthen their resolve if anything. I can see it now. "See, he cut her out, he's not racist"
