Being pro nazi and pro slavery are winning issues for Republicans. The kink is important to focus on because so many Rs have similar desires but hate that about themselves and will thus be repulsed by Robinson’s openness about it. That will keep a chunk of them home on Election Day, not nazism.I don't care if he likes trans porn. It's his hypocrisy about it that I hate. They need to really focus on the pro Nazi stuff and him saying he would own slaves.
He's not getting out. Not after that NCGOP statement
or Larry Craig and his "wide stance"Oh, you sweet summer child. Welcome to the world of right-wing males. The things they tend to like the most are the ones they publicly say disgust them. Did we learn nothing from George Santos?
An independent voter.From the NYT:
Robert Dickerson, an independent voter in Greensboro, N.C., who has been supporting Mark Robinson since he successfully ran for lieutenant governor in 2019, had not yet read the CNN report describing a number of incendiary and crude posts that it said Mr. Robinson had made.
But when he was told about them on Thursday evening, Mr. Dickerson shrugged off the comments, including one that Mr. Robinson supposedly wrote in a pornographic website forum declaring himself a “Black Nazi.”
“I don’t believe none of that,” Mr. Dickerson said, describing the report as a smear tactic orchestrated by the Democratic nominee, Josh Stein, the attorney general of North Carolina. “There’s no such thing as a ‘Black Nazi.’”

There is just no end to the number of voters who call themselves independents yet somehow still vote Republican about 99% of the time.
