These jobs need to pay a decent wage no matter who is performing them.

Trump has previously stated that he believes that the citizenship of those born here to non citizen parents should lose their citizenship.

But I'm sure the Russian women that fly here to give birth, in order for their child to have dual citizenship would be exempted.

I've never heard anything from Trump where he only wanted to stop future citizenship.

Why is there never a mention of actually reforming the immigration system so those who want to come here and work have a clear path to do so?
 
Look, the reality is we have no idea what Trump will actually do because he’s a compulsive liar who breaks almost every promise he makes and has no qualms about saying literally anything, no matter how wrong or offensive. All we have to work with is what he said he would do. Zen seems determined to assume Trump will be better than he’s said he will be. I certainly hope that’s true. I’d even take incompetent and ineffective. But holy freaking cow, how did we end up with a dishonest, unpredictable madman running this country with unlimited immunity? That’s no way to run a PTA, much less a railroad, and MUCH less the most powerful nation in the history of the world.

True reform needs to happen, which would have require Congress.

I'm just saying, in principle, I don't an issue with removing most anyone here illegally.

As long as they start with the majority, you know those that overstayed work visas, let's do it. I'm sure people leaving all of the high paying IT jobs, vacating their expensive homes, and moving back to the country of origin, will have no negative impacts on our economy.

And why do you say "most", who would you let stay and why?

So how will the courts and SCOTUS rule if Trump deports American born brown folks using his immunity for "official acts" as president vs. Section 1 of the 14th Amendment after having granted Trump tacit immunity to avoid violating Section 3 of the 14th Amendment ?

Again, I wish I could share your confidence in our judicial system as it stands today...

Anywhere after 18 years, we're talking about adults. The legal adult "children" can make their own choices regarding where they live, but the parents should be removed.

Minor children, of two illegal parents, I would let the family stay until the child is an adult. Then the parents need to be removed and the child can make their own decision.
