Trumps pardons of these people has absolutely nothing to do with previous pardons. Those should be judged on there own merit not by comparison.

Trump got impatient!" is weak. You can't claim to be the "part of law and order" or the "party of back the blue" with stunts like that. Thankfully, even police unions who endorsed Trump are beginning to wise up to the fact that "back the blue" was always a lie from Trump and the Republicans.

I think the presidential pardon power is way overdone and overused. The most effective phrase / advertisement in the election was the one about "dems are for they / them, trump is for you. This just further drives that point home. The fact that all but 2 dems in the house voted against it reinforces that message. So great politics and the dems would do the same. If you are saying the dems wouldn't take the opportunity to brand the pubs in a negative light then that is something we would just have to disagree over. If I have missed your point then apologies and please give me further clarification.

Where I see pub hypocrisy (and there is and will be a lot) is where they are criticizing dems for drawing out the cabinet votes. Dems are doing exactly what the pubs did after the 2020 election. Pubs crying foul is pure hypocrisy.
