Roll Call: Who is voting early? Who is waiting til Nov. 5 (and why?)

My wife and I planned to drop the kids off at school together and then vote together at an early voting place that’s on the way home. We pulled in and there was a very long line going out the building, so we’ll go back another time.

I loved going to vote with my dad when I was a kid. I thought I was involved in something very grown-up and important. I believe it helped instill in me the importance of always voting. I typically vote in every primary or runoff or municipal election, and that sense of obligation began when I was child going to the polls with my father.
 
We're hoping to make a fun morning of it on Saturday with the kid. Tried to get the little dude registered too but they said he was "not eligible" because he's "in preschool" or whatever :rolleyes:
