Modern Doolittle Raid, but actually accomplished something other than psychological warfare.I was wondering about that. It did seem rather intentional in divulging operational details. The relative simplicity of it, as well as how deep into Russia the strikes occurred, might also send the message that nothing is out of reach.
My understanding is the Doolittle raid resulted in about 250k Chinese deaths, as reprisal. Hopefully Putin doesn’t have the resources for similar atrocities (nukes asideModern Doolittle Raid, but actually accomplished something other than psychological warfare.
