Some call it brain

😂
I watched and enjoyed. SNL debuted my freshman year at unc and I had never seen anything like it. I would zigzag back from trolls on the nights I didn't get lucky, most of them, and watch it in the TV room at the pika house. That first cast was incredible. I thought last night was hit and miss. Adam Sandler killed it and I thought bill Murray top 10 weekend anchors was hysterical. I remember seeing Belushi in the graveyard when it originally aired. I don't think anyone thought he would be last one standing . Of course he was first to go

Black Jeopardy was good until they brought Tom Hanks out as the MAGA dude. I think the original Black Jeopardy skit he was in was funny, though.

My favorite was the scared straight skit.

Love the Norm McDonald love AND the Gilda Radner photo at the end.

I’ve loved this show since HS.
That's great that you have that appreciation for the show, despite its politics.

Yes, they're very funny. Crazy how liberals can do that sort of thing.

Almost, kind of like they're smart.

Perhaps there is hope for you. Lol.

I thought they could have used him with a different spin instead of just rehashing the afraid of the handshake bit.

I listened to a tribute podcast the other day and it was great. They replayed several original interviews from cast members from the early days of the show.

“And closing with Macca performing the second half of the second side of Abbey Road”

This also put me in mind of the classic skit in which Farley interviewed McCartney and asked him about the closing lyrics…

95% of the show is apolitical. As far as the other 5%, I have no problem laughing at my side if it's done well.
