After the shootings Rittenhouse was walking directly at law enforcement while brandishing a rifle and didn’t get shot.

It was a cithara (or kithara) which is similar to a lyre. It definitely was not a fiddle as that was invented a thousand years later.

And there's a very good chance that it never happened. Nero wasn't in Rome when the fire started and he did help organize relief efforts. But his political enemies spread the rumor and it caught on. Then Christian monks really amplified it when they were transcribing the histories because Nero had a habit of burning Christians.
 
I couldn't tell yesterday if that one was ICE or a protestor sarcastically mocking them.
 
The problem with these egregious lies, which are guaranteed to lose support of the soft middle, is that they are proof that they don't care about public opinion one iota. They are meant to purely motivate the loyal.

To me it says, more than anything, that they don't see future elections as a problem to their maintaining power.
