Totally agree. I feel spoiled for living in the East Bay, CA - there are more outstanding taquerias here than you can shake a stick at (I work in the Fruitvale in Oakland, which is a close second to the Mission in San Francisco). For the life of me, I don't get Chipotle (and there is one in Berkeley). It isn't bad, the ingredients do seem pretty good, but there just isn't much depth of flavor. I would hit the old Flying Burrito ever day of the week and twice on Sunday, before going to Chipotle.Prices aside, can't say that I do either. Credit for using real ingredients?

There was a Casa Gallardo in Richmond VA in the 80s. Growing up, we hit their all you can eat lunch buffet a lot after church. It was pretty good. My uncle (6 foot 6) was famous for saying "we're gonna put a hurtin' on them today" any time he was in town and we took him along.Casa Gallardo?
