It is nice when the chicken is an actual piece of chicken that they acutally grill on a grill, not spraypaint it with grill marks. For my buck? And my taste? Chipotle. And it isn't close.

i’ve never understood the love for Chipotle. In 2025 that's like $17. Hard pass
I recommend never eating fast food. Healthy and cheap. So then you're paying for two drinks and two little shitty bags of fries
$10 for a bunch of "non-premium" fast food items still isn't a good deal
Totally agree. I feel spoiled for living in the East Bay, CA - there are more outstanding taquerias here than you can shake a stick at (I work in the Fruitvale in Oakland, which is a close second to the Mission in San Francisco). For the life of me, I don't get Chipotle (and there is one in Berkeley). It isn't bad, the ingredients do seem pretty good, but there just isn't much depth of flavor. I would hit the old Flying Burrito ever day of the week and twice on Sunday, before going to Chipotle.Prices aside, can't say that I do either. Credit for using real ingredients?
I find it hard to believe everyone doesn't live near a better quality Mexican restaurant
There was a Casa Gallardo in Richmond VA in the 80s. Growing up, we hit their all you can eat lunch buffet a lot after church. It was pretty good. My uncle (6 foot 6) was famous for saying "we're gonna put a hurtin' on them today" any time he was in town and we took him along.Casa Gallardo?
The Wendy's biggie bags are ok, probably shouldn't be eating much more than that anyway. But they are not $5 any longer. Not $15 but the average fast food meal must cost $12+
These $5 meals sound good in theory but I’m skeptical they’re feeding a hungry adult
Agreed.Little Caesar Hot and Ready pepperoni
Lotta eatin for $6

This kinda isn't the point. The thread is about "AMONG FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS..." I'll take just about any real restaurant over any fast food restaurant. We're talking about "In the land of shitty fast foods, which is the least shitty?"Totally agree. And every city I have ever been in in the US has at least one Mexican restaurant that is hands down, no question, better than Chipotle.
Again, it is not bad, but to me it is decidedly meh at best.
(Not to yuck anyone's yum)

Apples and oranges. If I want Mexican food, I will go to a Mexican restaurant. Taco Bell, even. When I want Chipotle, I go to Chipotle. If you’re going to Chipotle for authentic Mexican food, you’re doing it wrong.Totally agree. That's the best thing at olive garden. It's been a few years since I ate at one, the last time I noticed how the portions had really shrank.Any olive garden enthusiasts?
People seem to enjoy the endless soup/salad/bread
As far as value goes not a bad option
Superb value—especially when feeding a family of 5 on road trips!Any olive garden enthusiasts?
