I think I mentioned in an earlier post that The Animals was my favorite band growing up. Everybody loved the Beatles but The Animals were raw and heavily influenced by R&B

Always liked an SG. Liked it better than a Les Paul. It's the look I liked moreso than the sound. That duel cutaway look with the burgundy finish. Always a fantasy of mine. I bought a cheap electric bass that had that look. It was stolen out of my house late one night after a wild party. They stole my friend's amp too. Fuckers.

That's my jam.
But this is also my jam - once I learned some jazz chord inversions. But long before that, I was a huge Charlie Brown fan - and thus - a huge Vince Guaraldi fan... I just didn't realize it in the early 1960's. I was still shittin' yellow when this song came out. Cast Your Fate to the Wind:
