That shows 4” for Charlotte and 12” for Salisbury. That’s 40 miles and no change in elevation. I see the predicted highs in CLT next Wed/Thu is 37/38. We are not getting 4” of snow if it’s 6-8 degrees above freezing. I’m calling BS on snow next week. We will see rain and a little ice.
 
Models continue to fall in line with the Euro. Looking like the Triangle and NE into VA is going to get a lot of snow.
 
 
The models have actually been looking better today. Most of them show anywhere from 2 to 6 inches of snow for the Triangle.
 
I think the sweet spot in NC is going to be from 95 down to 64 to 87 to 40 and then up 501.
 
This system has been a roller coaster. One model comes out and shows a massive hit and the next shows nothing. Back and forth for days and it still doesn't seem settled. Who knows what will happen and we're less than 24 hours away.
