This is NC man. Can't have poor kids with no real winter jackets freezing to death waiting for the bus or walking to school before the sun comes up. They've had two-hour delays in the past for really cold temps, wouldn't surprise me if it happens next week if these projected temps hold.Oh come on

Maybe, just maybe, if our glorious state legislature provided full funding to our public schools instead of diverting hundreds of millions (soon to be billions) to vouchers for mostly rich people to pay for their kids to go to exclusive private schools, or divert the money to charters, then school systems could afford to buy chromebooks for all of their kids.
