I'm 75 and felt a sharp pain in my right elbow while putting on a sweatshirt Monday morning. I could hardly use that arm for two days. It's finally back to almost normal today, but how in hell did I mess up my elbow while getting dressed?

Had a very similar issue. Woke up a couple weeks ago and my right arm was killing me and I had almost no strength in that arm. No clue what could have happened while I was sleeping.

Went to the doctor and he diagnosed inflamed tendons. I've been taking meloxicam for 2 weeks now and its completely better.
