Trump fascism stage 3: voting.

Fingers crossed that at some point Trump is dumb enough to mention Dominion voting machines by name.

The main thing that has saved Trump from defamation claims over the years, while his subordinates and media flunkies have been nailed with massive judgments and settlements, is that whether by design or idiosyncrasy he's always lying about groups of people that are too large or vague to make him subject to defamation claims. It's the genius (intentional or unintentional) of Trump's lying - he's basically realized that there's a weak spot in American law where you can get in trouble if you lie about specific people but when you just make your lies bigger, more sweeping, and more grandiose it's really hard to do anything about them from a legal perspective.

I would like our trumpers’ take on super ‘s OP.
Not picking on you because I wonder this sometimes myself, but why? We know what these fuckers think: whatever Trump and the right-wing hateosphere tells them to think. At this point asking ram or whoever what they think is like the NYT going back to Iowa diners to get the pulse of white people. It's fiddling while democracy burns.

I agree McAdoo. I just hope (I know is probably a vain hope) they will finally realize what their god is trying to do to our country and that they are part of it.

You know, the more Trump talks about election rigging, the more I'm starting to think there was tremendous fraud happening right under our noses in the 2024 election (in Trump's favor, of course). Say, did we ever find out what "little secret" Trump was referring to when he winked at Elon during that speech?
I believe he cheated in 2020 also, that's why he was so surprised to lose.

Yes, and it's possible that by baiting them into responding, we end up causing them to reaffirm their allegiance. They'll show up with the bullshit and won't budge from that, because it stopped being in an intellectual discussion a long time ago. So they come back and are humiliated and then they just devote themselves to Trump even more.

I am extremely guilty of this.
