They won't have to worry about the filibuster landing into the hands of a Dem controlled Senate once the system if they just rig a few states.

IF illegal aliens voting was a real problem (it isn't), enforcement of voting laws still lies with the states. Non-citizens can't vote. States may have differing voting options and registration procedures, but they do an excellent job running elections. Once the feds start interfering with the voting process under the guise of "election integrity", the state process becomes susceptible to bureaucratic measures designed to suppress the right to vote through additional restrictions.

How many dudes have to show their marriage certificate ever? I had to get mine to get my real ID not too long ago. Tried ordering it online. It never showed up so had to drive to the county to get it in time to make sure I got my document in time for my drivers license appointment.

The marriage license I ordered online showed up a couple of months after that.

Would have been a bigger problem had I not lived a 90 minute drive to get my marriage license in person.

This is why I hope the courts will invalidate it. It is obviously discriminatory against women. One would hope that ACB at the very least might find that troubling. and Kav too, if he is still invested in his "girls' basketball coach" identity.

This type of disparate treatment between women and men will get their attention, one hopes, in a way that disparate treatment of minorities never will.
