Given his obvious rapid cognitive decline , considering Trump's dad had Alzheimer's , and considering Trump's general health, it only makes sense to do an MRI.

The question is what did the MRI results actually reveal ?

My whole brain was out of tune
My whole brain was out of tune
I don't know how to tune a brain, do you?

Went in to a brain shop
They said they'd have to rebuild the whole head
I said well, do what you gotta do

When i got my brain back, it didn't work right
Didn't have as many good ideas
Haven't really have a good idea since i got it fixed

I had the same question in mind. Drawing a clock showing the time was the next easiest task after naming three animals by their pictures on the MoCA cognitive exam

I would hope he got that one right. Instructions would be to draw a clock and show the time for 10:20 am

Two of the tasks are a little more complicated :
1 ) the instructor in very rapid speed calls out random words and you have to tap each time you hear a word that begins with the designated letter.
2 ) in one minute call out as many words as you can that begin the designated letter .
I'm pretty sure his scores failed on those two tasks

Another task I'm more than sure he failed :
Instructor calls out 7 random numbers and you have to repeat them in reverse order.

I could go on but you get an idea that the tasks were far more challenging than on his last cognitive exam where naming TV, person, camera, woman was a perfect score which Trump claimed the doctor said was the best score he had ever seen.

That is why I wish he would agree to release the results of his MoCA exam.

I remember my Mom’s MRI. She had it after seeing a geriatric specialist who then referred her to a neurologist.

The geriatric specialist gave her the test someone posted in this thread; the neurologist gave her a similar test. She didn’t do well on either test.

The neurologist scheduled the MRI ASAP. The MRI showed areas of concern; so, the neurologist wanted to do a spinal tap.

The spinal tap, the MRI, and her cognitive decline definitely indicated Alzheimer’s (as far as I know, it’s impossible to guarantee an Alzheimer’s diagnosis without cutting into the brain).

Dementia/Alzheimer’s varies so much from one person to another, that it’s impossible to compare. In Mom’s case it’s come on like a ton of bricks in the last 3-6 months (as in she doesn’t always recognize my Dad and she now thinks that home is where she grew up - they’ve lived in Chapel Hill since 1967).

That said, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Trump’s dementia advance rapidly in the next six months.

I hear it now - "See, it was dementia in late '25, Trump was perfect before late 2025 though"

In re: drawing hands on the clock. I think the test these doctors gave St. Donald of Mar-a-Lago was one where the twelve numbers were replaced with twelve photos of Trump's face and the hands on the clock were removed. The doctors showed St. Donald this clock and asked what time it was. And St. Donald answered, "It's Trump o'clock!" And the doctors all clapped their hands together with glee and exclaimed, "You're right!"

You mean the advisors who:

Caved to immigration groups who advocated for an open border;
Thought spending an additional 2.5T in "stimulus" the year after the COVID spending in 2020 would be a great idea and wouldn't be inflationary;
Then, repeatedly telling the public that inflation was "transitory" and the border was "secure";
Advised him that running for re election in 2024 (given his mental and physical decline) was a sound idea;
Thought challenging Trump to a debate in June (and putting out that video taunting Trump) was a savvy political move;

When his military advisors strongly not withdrawing US forces on 9/11 (during fighting season) and not abandoning Bagram air force base - HE IGNORED THEM.
I seriously doubt anyone here takes you seriously anymore.

You might consider asking for help.
