Yeah I guess, but this is why I see it as something more like an Elmore Leonard novel. It’s about the ride, the atmosphere, the funny lines and scenes, the vibe. The ending was no more nor less enjoyable than the rest of it for me.

I watched episode 1 of Ancient Apocalypse.
Why do shows like this take very interesting topics and make the shows horrible with the way they present the topic?
This first episode is about an archeological site in Gunung Padang.
The site is interesting. The research about it is interesting. But they way they present it, slow and deliberate with a hint that they are going to expose something, maybe aliens or proof a deity built it is annoying and slow. The show could have probably been half the time and more interesting had they just presented the information and facts that they have.
It's like one of those dateline mysteries that repeats itself over and over and over to stretch a 10 minute story into an hour.
But the site was very interesting.

I find the dialogue in Shrinking and the way it’s delivered annoying AF. And because of that, the characters are annoying AF. Can’t watch it anymore.

I don’t like Shrinking mostly because Jason Segal and his dumb whiny face bug the crap out of me. I watched 4-5 eps and had to bail.

The last episode of part 2 of Cobra Kai's last season was pretty good. I can't believe they are dragging it out with three parts that are 5 episodes each. It's ridiculous to finish the second part in 2 days and then have to wait over 2 months for the next part.

It’s excellent. Much like Slow Horses in blending drama, intrigue and humor. S2 came out a month ago. It is a little more serious in tone, but full of good twists and turns.
