Heels win 5-4 over Campbell in 14 innings. Jackson Rose was the man.

Host big series with BC this weekend, a team that has been surprisingly good, including 17-0 win over Virginia.

Thursday through Saturday series.

Sweet Caroline on IC (who is pretty plugged into baseball) said he was on IV fluids all day yesterday. Guess they thought he was well enough to give it a go.
Her parents name is on the side entrance to the Bosh.

Sounds like he shouldn’t have started. Maybe sat this series out or waited until Saturday.
In retrospect, yes. But when you are making the decision, you don't have that information. It worked out OK for Jordan in Game 5 against the Jazz. I am sure he thought he could give at least few solid innings. He did pitch a no hitter if you don't care about the four walks.

Could very we the plan was to get a couple innings out of him. I'm thinking Forbes and decarlo had multiple conversations and made the decision. So I will trust them as opposed to a second guess. We fucking won.

He actually looked pretty good through 2 and 2/3 but then the wheels came off. So I think he probably felt ok to go at first but then he just hit a wall.

Probably the reason we didn’t go with Glauber out of the pen yesterday.

Still have fresh seagraves and Matty tomorrow.

He’s a kid in college in game 2 of a regular season series in college baseball. Not Jordan in game 5 of the nba championship. Plus there is a game 3 plus many more series ahead? 4 walks + a hit batter and 2 wild pitches.
